With this Mbànte Pastry Mix you can easily make a Lava Chocolate Cake and will need in addition 2 tablespoons of water, 125 g of butter, 200 ml whipping cream and 4 eggs of size M.
The Mix contains 2 packs: 1 pack cake mix and 1 pack dark chocolate at least 60% chocolate.

Preparation: Melt the chocolate together with 2 tablespoons of water in a water bath, add the butter and allow to cool. Add the egg yolks, cream and baking mixture. Mix everything for about 10 minutes. Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture with a spatula only.
Baking time: 20 – 25 minutes in large cake mold at 180 degrees top / bottom heat. 8 – 10 min in small cake molds.
May contain traces of nuts.
