Sponge Cake

With this Mbànte Pastry Mix you can easily make a sponge cake and will need in addition exactly 6 eggs of size M. The Mix contains 2 packs where gluten-free flour and flour with gluten are used. You can use the sponge as base for your motif cake. In the future we will add a variation of gluten-free mixes.
